Cliff and Floyd are two friends who like to hang out, have fun exploring and going on adventures!  How can it possibly get any better than that?

Now, these two friends are named after my dad and his brother, Floyd.  The names are so genuine, and sound so perfect together, I didn't have a choice while naming them.  Now, as far as why Floyd is a pig? Good question. Cliff and Floyd had been developed as a comic strip that I randomly drew, mainly for myself, and at that time Cliff and Floyd both were pigs. I guess I just liked the pig cartoon, no other reason than that.  As I was writing, it became more and more obvious to me that I needed to have contrast between the two, so that's when I diverted to drawing Cliff as a human boy.  But even with the switch, they continued to be best friends, so it worked out.
